Apple iPod Touch
(Currently available only in the US)
You can now use Amazon.com's iPhone app to read the Kindle ebook version of A Course in Miracles on your iPhone and iPod Touch. To do this, simply download Amazon's free Kindle for iPhone application from Apple's App Store, click on App Store, then purchase A Course in Miracles Kindle Ebook from Amazon.com. If you already own the Kindle ACIM eBook, you can read it on your iPhone and do not need to purchase another eBook.
Amazon's new Whispersync technology saves and synchronizes your reading location across your Kindle and your iPhone which means you can read a few pages on your iPhone and pick up right where you left off when you return to your Kindle.
You do not need to own a Kindle
to be able to read
eBooks on your iPhone or iPod touch.
All purchased Kindle eBooks are linked to an Amazon.com account, therefore users of the iPhone app must purchase their ACIM Kindle eBook through Amazon.com using a web browser or make purchases directly on the Kindle.
To read the eBook on your iPhone or iPod Touch you will need to register your device with Amazon.com. It's fairly simple: you just browse Amazon.com, buy the ACIM eBook and Amazon.com's syncing software does the rest. The titles will be pulled into the Kindle iPhone app the next time it is launched. IMPORTANT NOTE
When you open the book on your iPhone, tap your finger on the bottom of your screen to open the popup menu.
This menu enables you, among other things, to shrink or enlarge the text, synchronize to the furthest page you have read or return to where you linked from.
If you touch on the open book icon on the menu, you are taken to a page where you can link to the Table of Contents.
The Table of Contents is designed to help you navigate around the book. Use the links in the Table of Contents to go to specific chapters and lessons within the book.
