Let’s Discuss the “F-Word”: Understanding “Forgiveness” in A Course in Miracles

Thursday, March 25, 2021 2:00 p.m. PDT / 5:00 p.m. EDT. (convert the time to your time zone)

Ask any student of A Course in Miracles what the Course is about, and chances are that “forgiveness” will be part of the answer. Forgiveness is mentioned over 800 times in the Course, and the Manual for Teachers tells us that, “Forgiveness is the final goal of the curriculum.” (M-4.X.2:9)

But what does forgiveness actually mean?

  • How does the Course’s view of forgiveness differ from the way the world thinks of it?
  • Why do we find it so hard to forgive some people, even after years of Course study?
  • Is it really possible to forgive everyone?

Join some of our behind-the-scenes team and long-term Course students of 30 years, Diane Brook Gusic, Emmanuelle Rosenthal, and Laura Fenamore (bios below) for a fun and informative exploration of “the F-word.”

All registrants will automatically receive the recording 24 hours after the event.

Registration for this event is closed.

Emmanuelle was ordained as an interfaith minister at One Spirit Seminary in New York City, and has been studying the Course for almost thirty years. She answers student questions, shepherds the Foundation’s Facebook group, “Let’s Discuss A Course in Miracles,” and helps monitor the “chat room” for our webinars. She is also happily married to Co-president Robert Rosenthal (Dr. Bob).

Laura Fenamore

Laura Fenamore, body image and life coach, writer and speaker, is on a mission to bring more love and peace to this “unreal” world. Everything Laura teaches has roots in her own experience of moving her life from fear to love. Laura has been a seeker her whole life and found A Course in Miracles at one of the lowest times of her life. She found the Course and then found the publisher of the Course, Foundation for Inner Peace over 3 decades ago and claims this find has been the central healing of her life. Laura was a volunteer for the Foundation for many years and now is on staff as the Development Officer.

We look forward to having you join us in our “Let’s Discuss” A Course In Miracles webinar.

“The light in one awakens it in all. And when you see it in your brother, you are remembering for everyone.”
