Confidentiality Agreement for Participant of Early Access Program

I agree to serve as a Volunteer Participant (the “Volunteer”) in the Foundation for Inner Peace’s (the “Foundation”) Early Access Program for A Course in Miracles Web Edition (WE). As a Volunteer in this Early Access Program, I understand that the Foundation will grant me early access to the current version of a combined text and audio production of A Course in Miracles, which is a work copyrighted by the Foundation, also known as the Web Edition of A Course in Miracles (the “Work”). Additionally, I will have some access to the Foundation’s current plans for the release of the Work (the “Plans”).

I understand that as a Volunteer in the Early Access Program for A Course in Miracles Web Edition I will receive access to intellectual property of the Foundation.

Until A Course in Miracles Web Edition has been released and published, I agree not to:

  1. make the Work public
  2. post about it anywhere, including social media platforms
  3. copy or send electronic versions of the Work to anyone
  4. disclose the Work and/or the Plans in any other manner to any person

This agreement will be governed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. I hereby agree to these terms.

About Us

The Foundation is based in Northern California and continues to be directed through inner listening and guidance by the original founders Judith Skutch Whitson and Robert Skutch.  Dr. Robert Rosenthal and Tamara Morgan have joined this core inner listening circle as the Foundation’s two Co-Presidents.
