Celebrating the Semicentennial of the Scribing of A Course in Miracles (1965-2015)
In June, 1965, in response to a promise made by Dr. Helen Schucman to Dr. William Thetford to “find a better way,” scribe Helen began to have a series of Visions which she called “heightened visual imagery.”
One of the most powerful was the scene in the Cave. This is BBC Filmmaker Bridget Winter’s dramatization of Helen’s Vision, using Helen’s own words, spoken by actress Glynis Johns. It appears as a portion of the film, The Forgotten Song: “The Story of A Course in Miracles.” (Learn more about the film here.)
